Designing of Steel melt shop (SMS)
Steel melt shops based on Basic oxygen furnace (BOF),Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) and Induction furnace (IF) require highly specialised technological inputs and involvement of varied engineering experts with experience in relevant technology, material handling, utilities, electrics, civil, structural, plant integration, automation, IT services, etc.
When you register for a SMS project, Technolok services will connect you to an experienced SMS Technologist and his team of experts as per the requirement of the project. The team will take up collaborative work based on a design plan on our digital platform. The team will prepare process flow sheets, layout of the shop, technical specifications and specification drawings of the supply facilities. The team will also carry out tender scrutiny and appraisal of the bids received by Client. Subsequently, drawing approval of the Supplier’s design in order to check their conformity with specifications and other parameters will be carried out.
Complete civil, structural and piping engineering will be taken up based on the technological requirement.
Designer supervision will be carried out if required, for our own design. All other associated technical services for plant completeness will be taken up.
The entire project will be carried out on our web platform to provide seamless and timely deliverables. Client can monitor the progress in real time throughout the project using our digital tools.
Apart from online support, the team will take up kick-off and engineering meetings with Client and Suppliers, whenever required.
3D Modelling for prototype building
Equipment 3D modelling is an integral part of Technolok services. When you register for a prototype building or equipment design, Technolok services will prepare the 3D conceptual model of the equipment in soft format based on your data/drawings. The model can be further analysed for thermal and mechanical stress as per the load data through our partner services and fine-tuned to meet the technical parameters.
Teknolok services can also provide 3D-printed physical model for the same.
